Thorowgood changeable gullet bars allow you or your saddle fitter to modify the width of the saddle’s gullet to suit the horse’s wither profile as the horse changes shape with either exercise, muscle development, maturity or rest. There are 8 options in the short S-bar and 7 in the long R-bar.
- The shorter S-Bar which are 17cm apex to point, fit the lower-headed trees with shorter points and a square cantle.
- The longer R-Bar which are 23cm apex to point, fit the high-headed trees with long points and a round cantle.
- R-Bars are not available in Extra Extra Wide fitting.
