RETURNS
We keep our customers need to make returns to a minimum by simply making ourselves available to answer any question with accurate and highly qualified advice!

So please do feel free to contact us about any product or a situation you may find yourself in and we will do all we can to help!

We want you to get the right products, at the right price, first time every time!
​
However we do absolutely understand that customers may wish to return products! To this end we have a very open and flexible return policy.
RETURNS FROM WITHIN EUROPE & IRELAND - 'EXCEPT' TRIAL SADDLES
You can return any new product unless it was a custom order - Custom orders terms and conditions will have been outlined prior to the order being taken.

The product return must be made within 32 days of delivery.

Please notify us of your intention to make a return. You can contact us using any method or specifically the form below.

The return package must include the return slip provided with the product where applicable.

​All items must be returned at your expense, clean and totally unused, immaculate with the original undamaged packing and labels attached.

​All refunds will only be made to the original payee & payment method.
​
NOTE* If an order that was sent with free shipping is returned then the order total will be refunded less the cost of shipping.
If the order is returned 'in part' the remaining order total will be taken into account and the refund will reflect the qualifying amount for free shipping.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF EUROPE & IRELAND

"Many of our exports are to trade outlets, equine professionals and individuals who buy specifically for re-sale."

However if you do wish to make a return the process is easy and you have 32 days from the point of delivery to do so.

IMPORTANT - Contact us before you do anything! DO NOT send a return without contacting us first!

We will ask you to send the item back to us and to mark the item as a return on the couriers documents.

Once the item is back with us, you can apply to your Customs and Excise authority for a refund of the initially paid import duties.

TRIAL SADDLE RETURNS
Should your saddle choice not work out for you OR you wish to return subsequent saddles, you must notify us within the trial period!.....
'You don't have to return the saddle within the trial period, just simply notify us of your intentions within the trial period!'
We will then organise for the return of the saddle/s at your convenience if you are within Ireland N & S.
If you are in Europe you will need to organise and pay for the return of the saddle! We suggest you use your local postal service or DPD if possible!

We will then send you a pre-paid label for drop off at any AnPost Post Office or DPD Drop Off Shop if you are in N. Ireland.
When returning your trialled saddles, please follow the return information contained within your trial pack or as provided by email.
Once we have received the saddle/s back we will refund your saddle deposit immediately less €30 to help towards the associated trial costs.
